With 6 years of experience at BCG and 20 years at McKinsey, Rick Schlesinger has served clients on a broad cross-section of topics including strategy, business performance, organization, and growth.

Outside of consulting, he worked as the Chief Marketing Officer and ran the Managed Care Operations for Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield. He was also a venture capitalist investing in healthcare service companies. Now, Rick works with a mix of entrepreneurial healthcare companies and not-for-profit organizations, serving as an advisor and/or board member.
